STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB PIE | |
1/4 c. flour 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 1/3 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb 2 c. strawberries, cut in half 1 tbsp. butter Mix dry ingredients together, add to rhubarb and strawberries; mix. Pour into pastry shell, cover with top crust. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees, 35 minutes at 375 degrees. |
