STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB PIE 
2 c. quick oats
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
4 c. rhubarb (cut into 1 inch pieces)
3/4 c. water
1 c. granulated sugar
1 pt. strawberries (hulled and halved)
1/3 c. cornstarch

To make the crust, mix oats, brown sugar and melted butter. Set aside 1/3 of the mixture. Press remaining mixture in a pie plate.

Combine in a saucepan over medium heat; rhubarb, water, granulated sugar, strawberries and cornstarch. Pour into pie crust and sprinkle remaining oat mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees, 30-35 minutes.
