FROSTY SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can pitted dark sweet cherries or frozen
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained & cut up
1 1/2 c. tiny marshmallows

In bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sour cream, sugar and salt until smooth. Drain canned cherries or thaw frozen cherries slightly; cut each in half and drain thoroughly on paper towel. If desired, reserve a few cherry halves and peach slices for garnish. Carefully fold cherries, peaches and marshmallows into cream cheese mixture. Turn mixture into an 8"x4"x2" loaf dish. Cover and freeze 6 hours or overnight.

To serve, let stand 20 minutes, then remove from loaf dish and slice. Serve on lettuce lined plate. Trim with reserved cherry halves and peach slices, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
