RANCH STYLE RICE (MICROWAVE) 
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. long grain rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces

Heat butter in a 2-quart casserole dish at high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; heat for 25-30 minutes at high, stirring once. Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving.

I use Campbell's French onion soup and beef broth in this recipe.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
