EASY LASAGNA | |
1 (8 oz.) carton lasagna noodles 1 lb. ground beef 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 1/4 c. water 1 tsp. salt 1 (16 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese 3 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Brown ground beef and drain fat. Add sauce, water and salt. Simmer 5-10 minutes. In a 13 3/4 x 8 1/2 inch casserole dish, layer 1/3 of the sauce, 1/2 of uncooked noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese. Repeat, ending with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Remove foil and let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
