SUPER - EASY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
1 lb. cottage cheese (or ricotta)
Lasagna noodles
8 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown beef with salt and pepper. (I usually add a little extra garlic and oregano because jarred spaghetti sauce doesn't have enough to suit me.) Layer greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan with UNCOOKED noodles, sauce, ground beef, cottage cheese, Swiss cheese. Repeat. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on the number of layers. Top with Parmesan before serving. (I think this tastes better if cooked the day before and then add the Parmesan cheese and heat in the oven with the top off.)
