WEIGHT WATCHERS CHOCOLATE NUT
SQUARES
 
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine sugar and egg; beat until fluffy. Add peanut butter and vanilla; beat. Spread into 8 x 8 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 5 minutes in pan. Remove from pan and cool completely. Melt chips and spread over mixture. Refrigerate. Makes 16 squares. (1 square = 1 P, 1 Fat, 55 O.C.)
