WEIGHT WATCHERS APPLE PIE 
1 (12 oz.) can lemon-lime diet soda
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 pkg. Sweet-N-Low
2 apples
1/3 c. dry milk
1 tsp. cinnamon

Heat the soda, gelatin and Sweet-N-Low in saucepan until dissolved. Slice up 2 apples into pie pan. Pour liquid over apples. Sprinkle 1/3 cup dry milk and cinnamon over top and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

This is an old time Weight Watchers recipe. What I do is refrigerate it after baking to firm it up. Not the real thing but pretty good when you are looking for an apple pie fix. You can use ginger ale as well.
