WEIGHT WATCHERS FREE SALAD 
2 cans French style green beans
2 cans mushroom pieces
2 cans pimentos
4 stalks celery
1 cucumber
1 sm. cauliflower
4 tbsp. instant onions
1 c. vinegar (cider)
1 c. water
Sugar or sweetener to taste

Drain green beans, mushrooms, and pimentos. Chop celery, cucumbers, and cauliflower. Add onions, vinegar, water and sweetener. Let stand at least 24 hours before serving. Keeps well for one week in refrigerator.
