CREAM OF POTATO SOUP 
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. dill weed
4 med. potatoes, diced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. grated cheese (optional)

Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil, then simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are cooked. Puree potato mixture in blender.

In the same pot, melt butter. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk to make sauce. Add pureed potatoes. Cook for a few minutes. Try adding cheese, it's delicious!
