CREAM OF POTATO SOUP BREAD 
2 pkg. dry yeast
5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. potato soup
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Mix yeast and 2 1/2 cups flour. Heat milk, butter, sugar, and salt until just warm. Add to dry ingredients in bowl. Add soup. Beat with mixer on low for 1 1/2 minutes and 3 minutes on high. By hand, stir in enough remaining flour to make stiff dough. Knead until smooth, 5-8 minutes. Cover and let rise, 50-60 minutes. Punch down and place in 2 baking pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
