CREAM POTATO SOUP 
2 c. raw diced potatoes
1/3 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tbsp. salt
4 c. water
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook vegetables and salt in water for 20 minutes in covered pan. Press through food strainer. Add butter melted and mixed with flour. Add milk and season to taste with more salt and pepper and a little Worcestershire sauce.
