EASIEST HAMBURGER SHEPHERDS PIE 
YUM!

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can corn (drained)
1 can green beans (drained)
2 cans condensed tomato soup
salt and pepper, to taste
1 can carrots (drained)
2 (4 oz. ea.) pkgs. instant mashed potatoes

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef in skillet, drain fat. Mix beef, corn, green beans and 2 cans soup in large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Transfer beef mixture to 9x13-inch greased dish. Spread layer of carrots on top of meat mixture. Prepare mashed potatoes as directed on pouch. Top casserole with mashed potatoes.

Bake at 375°F uncovered for 1 hour.

Makes about 8 servings.
