PEANUT BUTTER CUPCAKES 
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Sift above together.

1/3 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream above until light.

Beat 2 eggs until light, add to creamed mixture. Add 1/2 cup peanut butter to creamed mixture. Add 3/4 cup milk and dry ingredients small amounts at a time, beating thoroughly. Fill cup cake papers half full. You may add chocolate chips, raisins or nuts.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
