COCOA FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 1/2 tbsp. white Karo
Dash salt
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Boil sugar, Karo, salt, cocoa and milk in a heavy saucepan until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Let set 7 minutes. Then beat until turning, about 7 minutes. Add pecans. Pour out on wax paper. Swirl top. Cut in squares. NOTE: stir until mixture boils. Put lid on just few seconds until sugar steams down. Remove lid and do not stir again.
