COCOA FUDGE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 to 2 1/4 c. powdered sugar

Butter 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan. Mix granulated sugar and cocoa in saucepan. Stir in butter, milk, and syrup. Heat to boiling over medium heat. Stir frequently. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Cool, without stirring, until bottom of pan is lukewarm (about 45 minutes). Stir in powdered sugar, nuts, and vanilla. Stir until very stiff. Press in pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1 inch squares. Makes about 32 squares.
