HOMEMADE MAYONNAISE | |
1 egg 2 tsp. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. water 4 tbsp. flour 1/8 tsp. paprika 1/4 c. vinegar 3/4 c. cooking oil Mix dry ingredients except flour, then add egg, oil and 1/2 of the vinegar. Make a paste of flour and water and cook until clear. Add to dry ingredients in bowl and beat vigorously until thick. Thin by adding vinegar. |
