EAST COAST MAYONNAISE 
Great when poured over cooked salmon!

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 cup vinegar
pinch of salt
a little butter

In a saucepan, mix all ingredients together. Stir and cook until thick.

When using, dilute with a little milk.
