MAHI MAHI WITH WASABI MAYO | |
1 fillet mahi mahi (dolphinfish) 1/2 cup mayonnaise (Best Foods or Hellmann's) 1 to 2 tsp. Wasabi paste (or 1 tsp. dry Coleman's mustard) salt and pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and Wasabi paste (or dry mustard). Pat dry your fish. Use a baking pan and spray with non-stick cooking spray or use a parchment paper. Spread the mayo mixture all over the top and even the sides. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes then switch the oven to broil and brown the mayo for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Yummos! Submitted by: 808NoriT |
