GREEN PEPPER JELLY 
6-8 whole green peppers (2 2/3 c., ground)
2 sm. red peppers (preferably one hot, one mild)
3 c. vinegar
5 lbs. sugar
2 boxes Certo
1/2 tsp. green food coloring

Grind peppers; add vinegar and sugar. Bring to a rolling boil and boil 3 minutes. Add Certo and coloring and return to a rolling boil. Boil 1 minute. Serve on crackers with soft cream cheese.
