SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. sausage
8 to 12 oz. soft cheese
2 c. Bisquick

Mix thoroughly and form into balls. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. (Baking time varies with size of balls.)

NOTES: Good for unexpected guests, hors d'oeuvres and mealtime. Some prefer hot sausage and sharp cheese. Great for lunch with a salad. For breakfast use mild sausage and serve with eggs. Place on a tray to freeze, then store frozen in plastic bags. Baking time should be nearly doubled if frozen.
