SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. sausage
3 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
2 slices bread, crust removed, soaked in 1/2 c. milk
1/4 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. allspice, ground
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
4 pkg. French's brown gravy
4 c. water
1 1/2 c. sour cream, added last (don't boil)

Mix all ingredients except gravy, water, and sour cream. Spoon into balls and bake at 400 degrees, about 10 minutes or until brown, according to size. Prepare gravy as directed. Pour over meatballs and simmer 30 minutes. Add sour cream just before serving over noodles or rice. Make smaller balls for serving in chafing dish.
