MOM'S SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. chopped meat
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) jar grape jam
1 (16 oz.) jar apricot jam
1 small bottle chili sauce
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white raisins (optional)

Combine meat, egg, bread crumbs and water. Blend all; if too dry, add a little water. If too wet, add more crumbs. Form into small meatballs; set aside. Combine jams, chili, lemon juice and brown sugar in a pot. Heat until melted. Add raisins and stir. Add meatballs; stir and cook on low heat about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
