BAKED HASH BROWN POTATOES 
12 oz. carton dairy sour cream
1 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together.

Topping:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted

Mix together and spread over potatoes.

Bake 45 minutes at 350°F in 9x13-inch greased pan.
