HASH BROWN POTATO BAKE 
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded Cheddar
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack
1 c. diced ham
1/2 c. cream or milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread thawed potatoes in a buttered 9 inch pie plate - make a crust of potatoes by pressing firmly along sides and bottom of pie plate.

Brush with melted butter. Bake 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Combine ham and cheeses and place on crust. Beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over cheese.

Bake 30 more minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, then cut and serve. Yummy!
