GRAPEFRUIT CONGEALED SALAD 
1 1/2 grapefruit
2 pkgs. cream cheese
2 sm. cans pineapple
2 sm. pkgs. lime Jello
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups hot water; add cream cheese after melting with little of Jello. Drain pineapple; add water until 2 cups of liquid. Add to Jello. Next add mayonnaise, grapefruit, and pineapple. Place in refrigerator until congealed.
