PINEAPPLE-GRAPEFRUIT SALAD 
1 med. grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
2 c. fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 to 1 tsp. sugar
Lettuce leaves

Cut each grapefruit section crosswise into 1 inch pieces. Place in a bowl with pineapple chunks. Sprinkle with sugar and gently toss. Let marinate at least 15 minutes. Spoon onto lettuce leaves. Serves 4.
