GRAPEFRUIT SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. sugar-free lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 grapefruit, sectioned & cut in chunks
1 apple, chopped
3/4 c. grapefruit juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients and pour into mold. Unmold on lettuce leaves. For a dressing one might like to use Dannon's fat-free, sugar-free "light" vanilla yogurt.
