SALMON LOG 
1 lg. can salmon, drain & boned
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature to mix
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 chopped onion, add amount you prefer
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt or to taste
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix ingredients together except for nuts. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor then sprinkle with nuts. If you prefer, make into log or form a design, then sprinkle with parsley and nuts. Once the mixture sits overnight, it becomes very easy to work with.
