TERRIFIC SALMON LOG 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. liquid smoke seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Drain and flake salmon; remove skin and bones. Combine salmon and next 6 ingredients very well. Chill several hours. Combine parsley and walnuts. Shape salmon mixture in an 8x2 inch log and roll in nut and parsley mixture. Chill well. Serve with crisp crackers as an hors d'oeuvre.
