2 c. milk
Sm. jar Cheese Whiz
1/2 stick butter
Sm. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
2 (24 oz.) pkgs. Ore Ida Frozen "Potatoes O'Brien"

Melt and mix first 3 ingredients. Put frozen potatoes in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Cover with above mixture and sprinkle cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (This dish should be made ahead and refrigerated overnight to marinate.)
