POTATOES AU GRATIN | |
4 med. potatoes, parboiled, skinned & sliced 1 c. Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. prepared HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch original salad dressing 1. Blend prepared salad dressing into flour in a medium saucepan. 2. Add cheese, cook over low heat until thickened. Do not boil. 3. Pour over sliced potatoes in casserole dish, cover dish loosely with foil. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Note: If desired top baked casserole with butter bread crumbs (3/4 cup bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons melted butter). |
