QUICK POTATO SALAD 
2 lbs. sm. red potatoes, cooked
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 c. Ranch dressing
1 tbsp. chives
3 to 4 strips bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
Paprika

Cut slightly cooled potatoes into 1 inch cubes. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onions, and Ranch dressing; toss gently. Dust with paprika. Garnish with chives and bacon. Serve warm or at room temperature.
