POTATO SALAD HATER'S POTATO
SALAD
 
8 potatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
6 radishes, sliced
3 carrots, shredded or sliced fine
3 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. mustard (salad and/or Dijon)
Paprika
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
1 med. green pepper, cut up
2 stalks celery, sliced finely
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. Ranch dressing
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes whole with the skins on. Once potatoes are cooked and cooled skin the potatoes. Slice and quarter potatoes. In large bowl add all ingredients and mix until mayonnaise, dressings, and mustard are distributed evenly. Top with paprika for color.

Add or take away any ingredients to taste. Any other vegetables or cheese can also be thrown in, olives, chick peas, broccoli, mushrooms, etc. For a little spice add hot peppers, cayenne pepper or Tabasco sauce.
