GLAZED APPLE PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
salt
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 c. peeled, sliced cooking apples
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. maple syrup

Sprinkle chops with salt and dredge in flour. Heat oil in heavy skillet and brown chops on both sides. Remove from skillet and drain all except 1 tablespoon of grease. Return chops to skillet and top with apples, brown sugar and maple syrup. Cover and simmer for 35 minutes.
