BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, drained well
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
2 c. cooked brown rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. each salt and pepper
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated

Cook and drain the broccoli. Saute the onion in the butter and add the salt and pepper. Set aside. Mix together the eggs, milk, rice, and cheese. Add to the broccoli mixture and mix well. Turn into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and cook at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until knife inserted comes out clean.
