BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 lb. fresh, chopped cauliflower
1 lg. fresh, chopped broccoli
1 can drained and chopped water chestnuts
1 med. red onion, chopped
1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt

Combine first four ingredients and toss. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over vegetables. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Makes 6-8 servings.
