TERIYAKI BEEF | |
2-3 lb. sirloin cut into chunks Meat tenderizer 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. honey 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1-2 cloves garlic, minced Onion in chunks Green pepper in chunks Mushroom button, canned of fresh Pineapple, optional Mix sauce and put tenderizer on the beef. Let the beef set for 20 minutes before pouring the sauce over it. I put all the vegetables in with the meat as well. Cover the bowl well and let it all set for 4-6 hours, mixing it about once an hour. Then place on metal or bamboo skewers and grill in the grill outside of the oven on broil. Grill as long as you like, according to how well you want the meat cooked. Will serve up to 6 people. Serve with baked potatoes, salad and hot French bread. |
