TERIYAKI BEEF 
3 - 4 lb. chuck roast
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Accent

To prepare marinade, mash garlic with brown sugar. Mix with other ingredients in shallow pan. Cut roast in 1 1/2 inch cubes. Marinate 1 1/2 to 2 hours, turning occasionally. Drain and grill 10 to 15 minutes.
