BEEF TERIYAKI 
1 lb. beef chuck strips
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. red & green pepper strips
2 c. bouillon
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. minute rice

Brown beef, onion and garlic in oil. Add ginger, pepper strips, bouillon and soy sauce. Bring to boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir before serving. Makes 4 servings.
