BEEF TERIYAKI | |
1 lb. beef chuck strips 1 lg. onion, sliced 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tbsp. oil 3/4 tsp. ground ginger 1 c. red and green pepper strips 2 c. bouillon 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. sherry 1 1/2 c. Minute rice Brown beef, onion and garlic in oil. Add ginger, pepper strips, bouillon, soy sauce, and sherry. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir before serving. Makes 4 servings. |
