CHOCOLATE WAFFLES 
2 eggs
7 tbsp. fat
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa

Sift dry ingredients four times; add egg yolks with milk. Add fat. Lightly fold in beaten egg whites. Cook 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
