1 (4 serving size) chocolate pudding mix
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped
Ice cream

In medium bowl, combine pudding mix, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, combine the eggs, milk and melted butter. Add egg mixture and dry ingredients along with nuts. Mix well. Pour batter onto heated waffle iron. Serve warm with ice cream. Makes 4 waffles.
