HERSHEY GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. oil
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs

Mix thoroughly. Pour into 13 x 9 inch Pyrex. Bake at 350 degrees until done.

Icing:
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. confectioners sugar
5 chopped Hershey bars
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat well until spreading consistency. Let cake cook before icing.
