4 tbsp. shortening (oil)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients and pour in hot waffle iron. Top with powdered sugar.
