1 c. butter
3/4 c. cocoa
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt the butter. Add cocoa. Beat in eggs. Add white sugar, flour and vanilla (try mint flavoring for a special treat). Mix well. Drop by teaspoon on greased waffle iron. Bake 2-3 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
