BOLOGNA CASSEROLE 
2 c. green beans
2 c. carrots
2 c. diced bologna
2 c. tomatoes
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. melted shortening

Mix 2 tablespoon flour and shortening in skillet over medium heat. Continue stirring until bubbling. Then drain beans and carrots. Add to skillet. Then add tomatoes. Stir all ingredients until heated thoroughly. Remove from heat add dash of salt and pepper.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. shortening
2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 1/2 to 2 diced bologna

Add 2 cups flour and 1 cup milk, 1 1/2 cup of diced bologna and stir. Mix 1/4 cup of lard. Stir until stuffed dough. Drop on top. Bake at 350 degrees until topping is done.
