SPINACH PIE 
2 pkg. crescent rolls (pat in bottom of pan)
3/4 lb. Muenster cheese, grated
3/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach

Cook spinach and drain well. Squeeze out water in paper towels. Mix cheeses, egg, and spinach and put in pie tin. Lattice top with crescent roll. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let set before cutting.
