SPINACH PIE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained
1 small container ricotta cheese
2 eggs
Salt to taste
Garlic pepper to taste
Sauteed mushrooms to taste

Cook spinach and add cheese, eggs and seasonings. Put in frozen pie crust and fill, add chunks of Muenster cheese throughout. Bake 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
