HASH BROWN POTATOES WITH CHEESE 
2 lbs. hash browns, thawed to break apart
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped onion

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix all together and put in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Put topping over. Put back in oven to sit with oven turned off.
